The former Lidcombe home of property developer and convicted fraudster Salim Mehajer has been sold at auction for $3.85 million, having come with $3.9 million hopes.
There were eight buyers for the four-storey Frances St property listed through McGrath’s Ruma Mundi and Kon Stathopoulos, who were appointed by NAB pursuant to its 2011 mortgage.
