Singer-songwriter Kesha is hoping to pocket a seven-figure property profit on her LA digs.
The pop star who goes by a single name (her full name is Kesha Rose Sebert), has listed her huge Los Angeles home for $9.23m (US$5.99m) — nearly US$1m more than she paid for it in 2020.
The nearly 558 sqm home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is primed for a savvy buyer who appreciates modern design, according to Realtor.

Located in the posh West LA neighbourhood of Mar Vista, the home was put together by local architectural and landscaping firm OTT Arch.
Large sliding-glass doors blend inside and inside together, giving way to the verdant backyard, pool, and patio,
The home’s boxy design takes advantage of multi-level living, with several decks that can be accessed from various bedrooms.
The main living space features an open plan that flows nicely from the living room to the dining area and sleek kitchen, which features a 4.3m island, quartz countertops, and luxe appliances.
The home’s many design details include a stunning, glass-sided staircase; wide-plank hardwood floors; and large windows that flood the place with sunshine.
There are 360-degree views from the rooftop deck with plenty of seating and a fire pit.
The property also has a 12m+ long pool, spa, and built-in barbecue station.
There is also a separate dwelling on the property with two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and laundry room for guests.
Kesha burst onto the scene in 2009 as an unnamed backup singer on the hit song “Right Round” by Flo Rida.
She went on to become a teen sensation (using the stage name Ke$ha), releasing such hits as “TiK ToK,” “Your Love Is My Drug”, and “Die Young”.
Kesha has been embroiled in a years-long legal battle with her original label, Kemosabe Records, and producer Dr. Luke, who she accused of sexual abuse, of which Dr. Luke denied the claims.
